A Week In Paradise | Todo Bien EP.07

In case you haven’t seen it yet, this is the penultimate episode of Todo Bien. In this episode we brave the heat of southern Baja to explore an oasis and take a dip in the cool waters. That thumbnail is a vibe, and honestly it’s exactly how it felt to be there.

You may be wondering why this blog post is just now being posted. The series has been done in it’s entirety for quite some time after all. Well, I don’t have an answer for you. We’re just catching up over here! The thing about these blog posts is that they give us a chance to share photos that we otherwise wouldn’t have a place for.

Sunrise on the East Cape

Before making it out to the oasis we enjoyed some more time on the east cape of Baja. While there we did some swimming, snorkeling and of course, eating.

The light was just killer in the mornings here. We were experimenting with the XH-2 and trying to decide if we were going to switch to Fuji during this time. This was one of those mornings where we were fighting over the Fuji!

I’ve really fallen in love with shooting photos in 16x9.

When we left this region, we headed into the inner portion of the peninsula for the oasis. It was our first time to this area and we were not disappointed. The water here is spring fed so it’s running year round and was a nice cool temperature. Perfect for a swim on the hot days we were experiencing.

We actually ended up camping here too so that we could get more swimming in!

From here we made it to one of our absolute favorite places to camp in Baja California Sur. We’ve had plenty of great memories here and we made a whole lot more. We love camping right on the beach and getting right into the perfect temperature water. We even spearfish here so we can feed ourselves right from camp.

A slice of life from camp

We took this image as a joke and Starlink actually bought it from us! Weird stuff that shows up in our inbox.

Well that concludes this round up of photos and thoughts. Hope you enjoyed this post and the episode of Todo Bien.
