Making Camp Tiramisu Live with GonDirtin’ | #16

Have you ever looked at a plate of food in front of you and thought about all the history you could learn just by seeing the cultural influences? Well, I didn’t either until I met Linhbergh five years ago. In today’s episode of Camp Nowhere, we sit down to record a live conversation from the Dometic booth at the SoCal Overland Expo show. We talk over his learning to love cooking through necessity, rediscovering his Vietnamese roots through cooking and how we’s rediscovered a deep love for history through food. After our chat we dive straight into a live demo where Linhbergh takes us through how to make Vietnamese Coffee Coconut Creme Tiramisu. The recipe is so simple it can even be made from camp!
